Rolly Polly.
Team:
Lauren Raddatz
Brandon Aguirre
Marco Ortiz Torres
Vision:
Create a virtual polling system to replace iClickers.
Project Description:
A web application which allows users to connect live to a central host and answer questions created by the host (similar to iclicker).
Purpose:
Time and time again as a student at CU Boulder, I found myself forgetting to put my iClicker into my backpack before a class that uses iClickers. Why did I was $40 on a clicker that I am going to be constantly forgetting and that will drop my participation grade even though I was in class. Rolly Polly removes the need to purchase a clicker and to ever forget it again, because we all cary some sort of electric device like a phone or a laptop. Simply visit the Rolly Polly site and enter in the unique poll ID and all your participation point will be counted.
My Contribution:
Set up the join poll functionality and populating the participant’s screen with the current question of the session.
